How do I know which path is right for me?

Can I switch from natural to GLP-1 later?
Yes. Many clients begin on a natural-first path and later transition to GLP-1s if needed. Because we build your foundation first, you're better prepared whichever direction you go.
What if I've had side effects from GLP-1s before?
We'll talk through what happened, what dose and what else was going on. In some cases a different strategy works; in others, a natural-focused plan may be a better fit. Our job is to be honest with you.
Will I regain weight when I stop GLP-1s?
Weight regain is more likely when GLP-1s are used alone without habits, protein, movement or a transition plan. That's why we focus on foundation first, even when medication is part of your care path.
Is there a "perfect" BMI or goal you require?
